Dr. Faron Cole
Dr. Faron Cole, Th.A, Th.G, Th.B, D.D. is the co-founder of ERCA established in 2004 and has been in ministry since 1981 but has been a pastor since 1999. He is the Senior Pastor of Easter Road Church of God. The credentials above are for a Doctorate of Divinity; Bachelor of Bible Theology; Christian Bible college of North Carolina; School of Biblical Theology and Moody Bible Institute. He and his wife reside in Doylestown, OH. They have two sons. Both sons are graduates of ERCA. The oldest is married and they have two children. The youngest is currently finishing his Bachelor’s degree at Oral Roberts University, OK. He serves as a co-Chaplin at the University and is Associate Administrator at Eastern Road Church of God. God has truly anointed Pastor Cole to lead this ministry.

Mrs. Cole is one of the co-founders of ERCA in 2004, as well as the curriculum facilitator for our brick and mortar school. Prior to starting ERCA, she worked eight years in the classroom which included working with early education. Mrs. Cole has many gifts as a supportive wife and seeks to find ways to reach the heart of an individual.

Mrs. Darcy Anderson
Mrs. Anderson is a co-founder with Pastor & Mrs. Cole of ERCA. She has served in Christian education since 1995 in both administrative and teaching positions. She has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She has a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership from Destiny College. She has a permanent certification with the State of Ohio to serve as Administrator, Supervisor, and Teacher in O8 schools. She is the overseer of the Virtual Academy for ERCA. Mrs. Anderson and her husband currently reside in Texas and have four grown children. Her desire is to restore a Biblical foundation in the hearts of all students.

Ms. Brenda Cole
Ms. Cole has been the Assistant Administrator of ERCA since 2007. She has over 35 years of experience in office and systems administration including Microsoft software, database programs and programming. She has taken programming classes C+, QBasic, and Visual Basic – NRI, Washington DC and Blueprint Reading – Akron Machining Institute. Brenda works with all her heart, soul and mind to keep the school’s administrative wheels moving.

Mrs. Michelle Zipfel
Mrs. Zipfel has served in Christian education since 1993, primarily teaching classes at the junior high level including communication arts, literature, math, history, Bible and physical education. She has a Masters in Education with Certification in 7-12 Physical Education, and health and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Recreation. She has been at ERCA as an on-line Communication Arts/English teacher since 2010. Mrs. Zipfel lives in Kansas City, Missouri, with her husband and their son. She puts students first to help them achieve their full academic potential.

Mrs. Sue Stutler
Mrs. Stutler is the assistant curriculum facilitator for our brick and mortar school. She started with ERCA in 2006. Previously, she worked at another Christian academy for three years. Her love for the students is evident in all that she does.

Dr. Edmond Fast
Dr. Fast started with ERCA in 2013. He has a B. S. degree (Summa Cum Laude) in Political Science – Criminal Justice from the University of Akron. He received certificates of Master’s Degree in Religion and Doctor of Divinity from Universal Life Church of Modesto, CA. He has a degree in Nursing from the Ohio Board of Examiners of Ohio. He is a Veteran with the Army and served as a Combat Medic and Clinical Specialist and has been a Chaplain for veterans since 2010. Dr. Fast has been married over 50 years with two sons, five grandchildren. ERCA is blessed to have on its staff such a dedicated man whose desire is to help others.

Dr. Bernard Franks
Dr. Franks started with ERCA as an online teacher since 2015. His credentials include: B.S. Geology, Michigan State University, 1971; M.S., Geology, The University of Akron, 1973; Ph.D., Hydrogeology, The Florida State University, 1988; M.B.A. coursework, University of Cincinnati, 1994-1996; M.Ed. and Certification in Secondary Education, Comprehensive Science (7-12), Xavier University, 2000. He has extensive Community service accomplishments one of which includes the Board of Directors for the Science Education Council of Ohio. His teaching experience includes several colleges and high schools as will as online teaching. His credentials are so many we just have to say he is a gift from God.

Dr. Douglas Hubert
Dr. Hubert started with ERCA in the spring of 2020. He has a Bachelor of Arts of Education/Theology, a Master of Arts of Technical Education/Special Education and a Doctorate of Theology. He currently serves as a visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Information Systems at the University of Akron. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Microsoft Certified Professional. Dr. Hubert has extensive teaching experience in several businesses and schools since 1996 some of which have included the development of many courses both with and beyond the University of Akron. He is part of our support staff who assists students on an individual basis. His experience and desire to teach and work with students is a tremendous asset to ERCA.
